Dubai Safari Waterproofing
This project will be developed within Dubai Safari at Al Warqa 5 on Aweer Road In an Area of 119 hectares. In this Project Bright Weather Waterproofing in Dubai completed the Sub Structure Waterproofing, Roof Water Proofing & Wet Area Waterproofing in accordance with the Drawings & Specification.
Sub Structure Waterproofing:
In all the basement, PCC, Footing, Sump Pits Water Body & Water Tank we
have done the waterproofing using Bituminous Primer, 5mm thick Torch Applied
Membrane, 3 & 4 mm thick Bituminous Protection Board.
Roof Waterproofing:
In all the roof areas we have done: Light Weight Foam Concrete, Bituminous
Primer, 4mm thick torch applied waterproofing membrane, 50mm thick extruded
polystyrene insulation board, geotextile, Aluminum Flashing topped with
sealant.
Planter Box: To do
the waterproofing of platers we have used Bituminous Primer with 4mm thick Anti
Root Membrane, Bituminous Protection Board (3mm & 6mm thick) & HDPE
Drainage Membrane.
Wet Area Waterproofing:
In all the Wet Area including Toilet, Bath Rooms, Pantry we have done
Polyurethane Liquid coating as per the Specifications & Drawings.
Injection Packer: Drilling of holes in concrete and injecting the chemical to arrest the water leakage.
